(1) If the industry registration body refuses to register the industry, the party who is not satisfied with the decision may file a complaint with the Ministry of Industry of the relevant province in the case of the decision made by the department and in the case of the decision made by the industry registration body of the province within thirty days.
(2) Upon the complaint filed under sub-section (1), the body hearing the complaint shall make the necessary decision within thirty days from the date of filing the complaint.
(3) Other arrangements related to complaints shall be as prescribed.
